The Project
A redesign of "Cargo", a core military operational system serving hundreds of thousands. I transformed a cluttered interface into a high-performance tool that minimizes cognitive load for rapid, precise data management.

The original system suffered from heavy visual distractions and poor screen usage. For users operating under pressure, hidden features and lack of focus created unnecessary friction, slowing down critical daily tasks.
