THE CHALLENGE

The Digital Wallet Paradox.

Users hoard thousands in digital vouchers, yet this capital remains "trapped" in fragmented SMS and email inboxes.

The core challenge wasn't just storage, but availability: At the checkout, social pressure leads to panic, causing users to abandon their vouchers and pay with credit.

USER PERSONAS

Meet Maya: the busy parent who manages the budget but
hates the feeling of "throwing money away"

UX GOALS

To understand the emotional friction, I defined Maya. She represents the busy parent who manages the budget but hates the feeling of "throwing money away" due to disorganizaton.

Zero Friction

The user must find a redeemable code within 3 seconds of opening the app to beat the "checkout pressure".

Cognitive Ease

Reduce clutter. Focus only on what the cashier needs: The Value and The Brand.

Trust & Value

The interface should feel like a premium financial tool, reinforcing that vouchers are "Real Money".

THE PROCESS

Built using Lovable Generative AI (Vibe Coding). The challenge wasn't writing code, but guiding the model from generic output to a refined product.

Day 1: Generic & Cluttered

Day 3: Polished MVP

THE SOLUTION

A centralized wallet designed for Speed & Context. Acting as the Product Architect, I defined logic to neutralize friction:

01. Context Sorting

Most relevant voucher appears first based on date & location.

02. Provider Tags

Visual cues ("Hever", "Buyme") guiding the cashier.

03. Hierarchy

Value > Brand > Expiry. Money comes first.

IMPACT

The MVP is currently in active use by my family and a pilot group of friends. We are gathering real-world feedback to iterate on the design and prioritize high-efficiency features for the next release.
